The co-organizer is in charge of prepare a list of selected sites to be included in the project, of coordinate and checking the work of his team. Periodically report to the Project Leader the results achieved by his team in the different field of the application of the project as well as of coordinate and consult with the other national partners.
In order to their work principal tasks are :
- Studying factors influencing structural performance and configuration of historic buildings (natural hazards, environmental factors, pollution).
- Assessment of technical characteristics of historic buildings and materials (mechanical properties, deterioration, residual capacities, geometry, System
performance, simplified analytical methods).
- Exchange of information and systematic way of documenting and preserving the cultural heritage of Europe, specifically the newly accepted countries and candidate countries. Focus on roofs (materials, roofing, and terminology, and shape, geography) to ensure
durability and performance of historic objects.
- Develop more robust and reliable methods for the dating of historic structures (deterministic methods, NDT, dendrochronology, semi- and destructive methods)
- Studying and preserving the technology used in historic construction
- Mapping/documenting cultural heritage in the Partner country (from the foundation to the roof) and development of the documentation database.
- Development of reliable scientific methods for evaluation of historic buildings using non-invasive methods
- Focus on historic timber structures
